Kara lives in a small village near Eskisehir carving
meerschaum for 25 years. His village is just near
mountains where the finest quality meerschaum is mined.
No doubt, he is one of the most talented carvers in
the meerschaum world. He
can carve any pattern, animal, face, flower on a pipe
exquisitely. A true expert on such pipes. We have only a
few examples from his works here. You can
